feel like sueing

I am so angry words can not describe I went into cell c branch today as I was having difficulty doing my updates and they said it will take a hole day possibly 2 when the lady helping me could not seem to figure out my phone and what to do to free up space she asked me if she could delete videos or app. on my phone I told her no and bought a memory card I left my phone with her and she said shed call when ready when I went to pick up my phone my videos pictues and songs all deleted along with apps on my phone things I will never be able to get back and the memory card is empty I am so ****ed off <br> I left my phone in the branch and she said she will call
