Feel like being ****med by SIPHO DUMA CELL C Sales Agent

I received a call from a sales agent called SIPHO DUMA and over the phone we completed the application. My application was approved and I got an SMS confirmation. SIPHO DUMA promised that the phone will be delivered within 5 days. A parcel came through, and to my surprise they delivered a power bank not the phone. I ordered the phone , not the powerbank. I decided to contact SIPHO DUMA about what happened and to my surprise the guy has no clue on what's going. Very clueless. When I ask him questions about the product I am suppose to recieve he keeps dodging me. He stopped taking my calls at some point as I was calling him directly. When I send him e-mails he does not respond at all. I got luck today and spoke to him, I asked him if they will start taking installments because of the powerbank they sent. Still the guy does not have any clue on what's happening. CELL C , how do you employ such people.

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHEN SHOULD I RECIEVE THE PHONE? I FEEL LIKE I AM BEING ****MED BY SIPHO DUMA PRETENDING TO BE SALES AGENT AT CELL C.
