Feel cheated by CellC and their departments

I have been a loyal customer of cellc for years this one time I'm claiming for a cracked screen on the 24th month of paying my insurance I am made to prove that I did the claim on time which I did. My phone was booked in after following up with Cellc insurance to a point I even knew the different consultants assisting me Katlego,Noma,Mpho,Lehlohonolo and today which is 10 days later Lindo and another Mpho tell me I'm only covered for loss and theft Not damage who in the right mind will save R24 to not get full cover as I didn't receive my billing. The consultant who signed me up in store just said do you want insurance and I said yes never did they gave me the options.I have been made a fool to follow up as they said my matter has been escalated but they know at the end they will just say you not covered of which they should have known before I even booked my phone for repairs. Really frustrated and feel cheated by the whole Cell C. I just saw on my billing that I'm subscribed to Get more that I never gave consent to have cancelled it before but came back miraculously.
