Feedback would be appreciated!

<p>I am insured with C-Surance from Cell C. My phone was ****** a month ago. I've used the quidelines etc given on Cell C's website on how to email my claim with documents to them and call the only given number. I've done so everyday for a month now and haven't even received a reply. I don't know who to contact or all because Cell C only directs me to C-Surance but nothing has been done!!! I pay insurance every month for nothing?? This is terrible service!!!</p>
