Feedback still not received 3 weeks later

I am unable to comment on my actual complaint anymore so I had to log another one. Did you actually read my feedback??? Let me quote it for you because I guess it was not clear enough the first time \Not Impressed: I did get a call but I am still waiting for feedback on this as the consultant was going to get feedback and call me back. It's now 3 weeks later.\" Yes Mpho did give me a call but he was supposed to call me back and tell me what was happening with the fee because according to his explanation the fee had been charged incorrectly. He was also supposed to send me documents from the store where I got the contract. I have not received his follow up call or the documents. Next time please read for understanding and do not just read to reply. The courteous thing to do would have actually been to contact me instead of just responding the way you did PN."
