Feedback regarding Cell C bridging of letter

I have received a call from Cell C media manager who was highly professional. He listen and took notes, and said he will escalated with management which I really appreciated. After long chat we reached an understanding and agreed that this matter wasn’t handled in the correct manner and could of been resolved differently. He apologized on behalf of Cell C and MDB but couldn’t refund me the extra charges, instead he offered me air time to the value of the extra charge but unfortunately Cell C isn’t my service provider therefore it is no use to me. I think I have learned my lesson
