Feedback on the iPhone 7plus issue

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from Cell C they haven't bothered to call me regarding the issue i have with them i'm still waiting its been 2 days now .

I am most annoyed that I wasted a morning calling their customer service number and they were putting me through from one person to another . My impression of this Awful Company has been tarnished, and I am now concerned about the whole situation as a company/service provider they should be doing something but no they sending me from pillar to post like i'm some idiot i do sales and marketing at work customer service is very important . Furthermore, Cell C Cresta inability to resolve this issue is just on some level infact its so annoying i'll just go to my bank to cancel the debit order i cant be paying for nothing your consultant stated that the phone is water resistant just by falling on a paddle of water the phone isnt switching on, on top of that you charging me R13 000.00 if we must go to court lets

I trust this is not the way Cell C wishes to conduct business with valued customers—I have been with you since 2013 and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.
