Feedback on my previous complaint - DISSATTISFIED

Hello Cell C, no it has not been resolved and my transaction is not running smoothly and the consultant who i am constantly asking for help is ignoring me. i will therefore, add another Hellopeter.com complaint in wishes to get his attention until this is seen through till the end according to my satisfaction since cell c and all consultants have done nothing but waste my time, money and unfortunately, patience. I honestly feel that your feedback, follow up, correspondence and service, is of the worst quality i have ever experienced (this specific matter has been stretched over a matter of 2months now) and i am honestly considering taking this matter ****her (as far as i possibly can) and cancelling all my business with you. I was promised all the necessary help to the end and i am happy and things are running smoothly. I AM BEYOND FURIOUS - just because you delivered a handset which you back-ordered from some shop doesnt mean you have completed all responsibilities concerning this deal to the end. Skhumbuzo - i have sent you 4 mails in the last 2 days, on not even one has been opened or rep**** to. i want to cancel all my contracts with Cell C.
