FEEDBACK ON EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED

l would to express my sincere gratitude on the service that l received from one of your sales consultants Busi. l spoke to Busi yesterday the 8th of October regarding a new contract that l wanted to take with Cell C. She asked for my personal information and l gave her all the details that she wanted. This was after she had already sent me a catalogue for me to browse through. As l was busy browsing the catalogue, she told me that she wanted to create a profile for me so that she could get a score and know the way forward regarding my application. Within one and a half hours Busi contacted me telling me that my credit score is very thin and l only qualify for a sim only. l explained to her that l don't want a sim only, l need a device as well. l couldn't understand why knowing very well that l settled all my old accounts and even got paid up letters. l currently have one clothing account which is not even in arrears, its up to date. Busi first advised me to download the clearscore app, but unfortunately l couldn't finish the registration process because it requires someone with an ID and l am using a passport. Busi then suggested that l contact XDS and find out what could be the problem with my credit score. l got a very nice lady at XDS who took her time to explain everything to me. She told me that the deceased status on my profile says unknown meaning the system doesn't know if l am alive or I'm dead. The lady told me to email XDS certified copies of my passport and proof of residence. After a week l need to contact XDS and find out if my profile would have been updated. All l would like to say is to thank Busi for all the advices that she gave me so that l could know the exact reason why my credit score is not allowing me to take credit. She is not only after Sales, but is solution oriented. Her service exceeds expectations. l wish all the consultants we deal with were like her and things were going to be very easy.

To Busi : Thank you Busi, you were incredibly helpful, and your professionalism made my experience stress-free. You were so kind and patient with me. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me. To be honest I'm so impressed by your approach to problem-solving and how you came up with such a unique solution which l have never been given before. If l was dealing with an impatient person, they could have given up and left me hanging not knowing the way forward.
