Feedback on Cell C head-office , Customer service.

<p>I had opened a new contract at Cell C and cancelled the old one, it has been an exellent account ( *** )and after 2 weeks , they had not cancelled the account and i had still been paying for it, i have been paying for two contracts and today i had gone into a Cell C branch in Port Elizabeth and got very good service from Warren Sampie, he tried his best but he could not accomplish anything either from the head-office. </p> <p>I am very disapointed in the service i had gotten from the head-office and i will be taking this matter further to Mr. Jose Dos santos ( CEO of Cell C , Johannesburg ) </p>
