Feedback on Cell C customer service

I registered my dissatisfaction with the poor service from Cell C insofar as cancelling my contract on the 2nd of June. Cell C undertook to assist me with this matter on the same day. This is feedback that a gentleman by the name of Joseph Mo***eng from Cell C made contact and assisted me to cancel the contract. He was really professional. Although I may not use Cell C again, but I'm glad my contract is cancelled.
