Feedback on call request

Hi, I've been billed on a data contract that I was not aware/informed was an open contract. I have since inquired about it and have been told I would need to wait for the call recording to be retrieved. When I asked for a turn around time your people say \they don't now". What kind of service provider DOES NOT KNOW when they will deliver a service? <br> <br> I've had so much nonsense with Cell C over the past year or so that I am actually switching providers. If it's not the consistently intermittent reception (no matter where I am)"
