<p>As I complian about C Surance and my complian was attendent by Alicia yesterday she sent an e-mail stating that </p> <p>Dear Balisa Moshane.</p> <p>Your claim has been assessed and approved for replacement.<br />Your replacement order will now be placed and will reach your preferred store in 5 to 7 business days.<br />I hereby confirm your replacement phone to be a Huawei P9.<br />Please state your colour preference and the preferred store for collection?</p> <p>Kind Regards,<br />Alicia Kruger</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very happy for the responce. hope all will go well I just need to recieve it then I will be more happy. but 5-7 working day for me is to long I waited very long for the write responce at least 3days will be better or fine for me </p>
