Hi, I sent a complain for my phone that stopped working for more than 8 months. I booked it in Carlton Centre for repairs more than 3 months ago and I haven't received it back till today. I complained two weeks ago, Someone by the name of Mpho Ndlovu promised to get back to me but nothing happened till now. If I don't get my phone back in 24 hours from now, just as well cancel my contract with you. If I don't get it back by tomorrow, don't bother sending it, just cancel it. I will get better service at Vodacom. I am sick and tired of your empty promises and lies. I was told initially that the phone will go for 21 days but it's now almost 3 months and I don't have a phone back, but you keep debiting my account.
