This is my 6th Hello Peter report on a contract I've had for as many months. Can someone please let me know what is going on on my account and what the status is on my query. <br> This is not only a massive inconvenience but it's affecting my credit record as well, the little to no consideration I'm getting from what is supposed to be a service provider is beyond appalling
