Reported my phone with cell c insurance that i was ****** and registered a claim with them and was advised last week that the matter is handed over to the underwritters being holllard and called csurance again monday was advised by lady that she cant provide the contacts of the underwriters and called in today to get feedback and was advises by thami if not themba that my handset samsung A3 when it was ****** i was not using my number *** and he advised that they got the ropport from cell c and mind you that when u report your phone as ****** with cell c call center to get ITC number they want the number on your box to see if the number u have was in the phone at the time of loss so i want to know were do cinsurance get their reports from and when i took my insurance it was after i have upgraded and i told de lady that i dont use this phone a lot now so if i can get report back from cell c ,cinsurance and hollard their underwritters so that know were i stand with them about this matter.
