Feed Up

I have been sending Cell C Emails after emails where I requested answers but no one bother to reply to my email what I receive its just automated emails. I requested to know why my Dad account is been debited twice in a month instant of them calling me or replying to my emails they call my dad and they dont even tell him why his account its debited twice but their telling him that his contract its coming to end in March.And they advise if he want to cancel he must pay settlement that what he did on the 19 of Jan and he was advised that i must call to confirm if the settlement was received and his contract its terminated and today am advised that I can't do that cause am not an account holder. My Dad his 64 years and know nothing about this call center things. And i know his contract won't be terminated as i experience the same problem with Cell C when I took a contract with them.B ut that won't happen again with my dad I want to receive a confirmation today that his contract is terminated
