Feed back from Cell C so far

Since, my last hello Peter I have been receiving numerous calls from different consultants that fail to answer my questions, yesterday I received a call, I was told my query is still pending for feedback yet she was still continuing to make payment arrangements regardless. Let me repeat myself guys, I came personally to cancel that contract, I was called the following day and notified it was cancelled....A month later I was debited without any communication. Another consultant asked why I didn't come to store personally to find out...find out what? And on which grounds from the same people that assured me the contract is cancelled? Where is the communication that was sent prior to the debit order as I was longer a client of Cell C at that time. What is fair and ethical about trying to make payment arrangements on a pending query while awaiting feedback from other departments.
