FEE INCREASE IN MIDDLE OF CONTRACT
So, besides having very poor network coverage and not being able to use my phone most of the time, Cell C just decides midway through my contract that they will bill me an additional R20 per month....what the hell!!! I've never had a change in the amount of my contract with any other cellular service provider, so this is new to me. On equiring with their customer support line, I was informed that they had a price increase, just like that. Well I can't wait for my contract to end so that I never have to put up with Cell C again.

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
