Fedup with the incompetance.

This Company is some of the worst service i have ever seen. Thay can't seem to sort out my account now thay want to hand me over. I have the proof that i went off on my account ether with debid or EFT. Butt still thay say i owe them almost R3000.00. Thay cant give me the statements for the months in quetion. When i try getting it from the app the app say it does not exist. This is going on for about 3 months. I have phoned customer care thay are unable to awnser any of my quetions. I am regretting that i just upgraded on my contracts. I wish i could just cancel everything.
