Fedup

Good day I have been having multiple back and forth issue once I done change of ownership on one of my deceased dad's cell phone contracts. to start off...once my dad passed on I had approached cell c The Glen to do a change of ownership on the account for the mobile number which I currently use, I was requested to bring along the death certificate, my ID, three months bank statements, my payslip and proof of residents.. I submitted all these documents and filled in a consent form for this. They had notified me that change of ownership had been done thereafter. three months down the line, I have been debited for this account. Last month I was notified that my account was in arrears and my line had been cut, I then visited Cell C The Glen once again to have this issue resolved, upon my arrival I was assisted by lionel and he had to check in on what the problem was...to find that there had been a change made on the account from a debit order to a manual payment method and I had not been notified of this change and also that the change of ownership had not been processed. I am sick and tired of this run around as this month I received my monthly data and minutes but have not been debited, and then get a message noting that my account is yet in arrears once again and a manual payment would have to made again. Note that last month I had to make a payment for two months as well as a reconnection fee for my cell. I do not receive any communication of any changes made on the account and no one can account for this. I would like some answers!!!!!!!
