Fed up with the service

I've been calling the Following up department for 2 weeks, the phone is never answered you hold for hours but still can't get through, I app**** for an upgrade on the 29th August but still haven't received anything from Cell C.... I've tried to cancel my order because its pointless waiting for weeks but nothing, they don't even bother to update me on the status
