FED UP WITH *********** CELL C!!!

My phone was ****** and obviously I tried to buy a sim card without Rica process but nobody in 3 Malls and 12 stores and not one store NOT EVEN A CELL C STORE would supply me with a sim without rica ing the darn thing. After two days of fighting driving and walking I gave in and went through the RICA process in order to get a new sim. Call into the call centre and Precious insists that I can only use a sim card that is not Rica'd. HOW THE HELL DO I DO THAT WHEN NOBODY IN TWO DAYS 12 STORES 3 MALLS WILL NOT HELP ME. I WANT MY OLD NUMBER BACK!!! Your staff are ***********, poorly trained and narrow minded! I DEMAND A SOLUTION AS THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Every day that goes by I dont have contact with my family and friends and it is CHRISTMAS!!!
