Fed Up with Cell C!!!

So once again I’m being messed around by Cell C! After being called by a “manager” or “someone from HO” they then made arrangements to have my device collected form me, the device I sent back as I was not happy with it and want the contract cancelled.

It is now been a week since the device has been collected and no one has called me or given me any feedback whatsoever.

I had to call to query what was happening and spent nearly an hour on the phone being passed around like a clown from pillar to post by their staff!!!

I finally spoke to a lady by the name of Ershla or Ershna in follow ups who said she would get her manager by the name of Noqbonga to call me! It’s been 4 days and not a soul has called me!

I am now fed up with the poor level of customer service given by Cell c and the absolute zero ****s given attitude by their staff!

Please just cancel the contract I have with you I sent you your device so please just set me free so I can move on with my life!!
