FED UP WITH CELL C

I Had a Cell C Fiber account with Cell C and Frogfoot. Due to Covid 19 I lost my JOB. CELL C handed me over to SSDA or MBD. I have paid my account in FULL. I can not get a paid-up letter out of MBD or CELL C. If I don't get a letter stating from CELL C who I had the account with who handed me over to MBD that my account is settled and paid in full and my name was taken off the Credit Bureau. I will take you all to the Small claims court. I have been waiting 14 days and CELL C Keeps on phoning me apologizing saying we are waiting for MBD. I DON'T CARE. YOU WERE QUICK TO HAND ME OVER AND THREATEN ME WITH LAWYERS SHAPIRO SHAIK DEFRIES ASSOCIATES. and MBD and CELL C I WILL TAKE YOU ALL TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT BECAUSE I have send hundreds of emails with proof of payments for the last 2 years. My account is paid up and I want it resolved. I am fed up that the Law is on your side. I have just as many rights and I won't back down till the CEO from CELL C phones me with my Paid up letter and in writing saying my account is settled and closed and I then want to be removed from the Credit Bureau
