Fed up with CELL C

I want to give ***0 stars. AGAIN lines disconnected AFTER payment was done and POP's sent on the 2nd of the month already. POP's sent AGAIN yesterday. I'm so sick sick sick of your terrible customer service. Also, I have been asking for 2 years for monthly statements which I have not received EVER.
