Fed Up Customer

In april 2015 cell c call center called me on my cell *** by a woman to advise me about my contract due for an upgrade. The offer was for a samsung neo trend 100 free min 100 sms 100 data for R129. After a few days i received my cell by courier. On 30 April 2015 R229 was deducted from my acc. On 4 May 2015 i queried why R229. I was told that i have 2 contract phones but my upgrade was for *** and not ***. I asked who gave cell c permission to upgrade *** contract and i was given the ref. no. *** on 04-05-2015 . Waited the whole month for a response from cell c but was never contacted. On 30 May 2015 R194-37 was deducted from my account and when i queried i was transferred from one person to another without any solution, I was given another ref. no. *** on 01-06-2015. until today my matter is not resolved.
