Good Day I have an existing contract with cell c for several years with an upgrade due 31st October 2019.

A guy by the name of Karabo contact me about a month ago to carry out and upgrade for a LG Q60 to which the upgrade was successful as i recieved the confirmation on my cell number.. Today the 04 november i have still not recieved this handset..

I have made over 20 calls over the past month to find out whats going on and nobody can seem to give me answers rhey keep forwarding me to somebody else to handle this case. But nobody wants to put me through to this Karabo person.

Now i get a message saying my next upgrade is due in 2021.. like ***

CELL C making me sick..

Its really shocking with the awfull service provided by cell c, they have a bunch of compulsive ***** working for this institute, sell a product on false pretense and expect you to follow through on you commitment, i can say that i want this upgrade they did to be retracted immediately and my original contract cancelled with immediate effect... im done
