FED UP!!

I have previously complained about the service from Cell C at Longbeach Mall and now I have even more issues avoiding Longbeach Mall Cell C and trying to find better service at another branch. I am astounded at the incompetence of the Cell C staff at both these stores. They have not only messed up my contract once or twice but now it is 4 times. I thought that my issue was sorted when I complained on Hello Peter but it is still an ongoing problem. <br> <br> My father and I have had to link our contract's under his name (account holder) as I was told that I could not get a contract in my name. The first problem was that they had given me the incorrect package. The second issue was that they were deducting both mine and my father's payments from my bank account (we have requested that it gets deducted separately). The third issue was that they had been deducting payments from an account number that my father never listed from a completely different bank. <br> <br> Now they have messed up again by deducting my dad's payments from my bank account and my payments from my dad's account. It is a total mess and we are fed up with Cell C!! They have now suspended my line.
