Fed up!!

My premium was triple debited on the 28 sept and I've been calling in since the 29th for refund and was only refunded one premium which came through on the 5th oct.<br> <br> I've been calling in sending bank statements but I haven't received the 2nd one all I get is empty promises from their consultant's telling me that it's been taken to finance and they'll either call or email me for more info of which they never did.<br> <br> I've called almost everyday since the 29th and I still nothing. I'm fed up of waiting for 72 working days of which I never receive my money on the day
