Fed Up

I settled all contracts with Cell c last month however my account was still debited at the end of the month. I am now still awaiting them to credit my account with the money taken last month. I was told that it would take 3-7 working days. I called on the 24th June, it is now the 05 July and I am still awaiting the credit. I contacted the call centre and was told that they are still busy with the case and the agent cannot do anything further.
