FED UP

I was called last year for cell phone contact was not really interested, but the consultant persuaded me to take it which I did on one condition provided that its a top up contract when the phone arrived after activating it It was then a different story must wait for a 1st debit order to run through then I can migrate so i waited even though I ddnt grt y coz I specifically requested for a top up so 1st debit ran through...only to find out that for me to migrate I must freaking pay for R689 *** I really dont get it...I mean I took this contract because I was told its a top up..<br> Why the hell must I pay....& the phone I received gets hot when I play a game music. nxa
