Fed Up

<p>New Stories everyday from Cell C why I can't get a replacement phone when I have been waiting for over a month. I just freaking need a replacement phone ASAP or ****ing cancel my damn contract. I keep getting new feedback why they can't give me a P9 but they don't understand the fact that I don't want stories I just want a PHONE. This is such a lot of bull****. I got an sms to go get a replacement phone and when i went to the store they kept telling me that they do not have a Huawei P9 so I asked to get another phone as right now no one knows when they will get the P9. I am so fed up with this. How can I request a screen replacement of a phone turn into a month with stories and no freaking positive feedback? I need a cancellation of this contract I cannot do with more stories why I cannot get a different phone. I can't wait until God knows what time to get a P9.</p>
