Faulty Sim Cards Now Im Stuck with no phone!

? recently moved over to Cell C and took out a 24 month contract thinking I was making a wise decision. Lit6tle did I know It would take less than 2 months for my sim card to magically stop working. I called the call centre to find out that no they have got a problem with this specific simcards and I should go into a store. I do not have time to go into a store and go through this whole process! I need my phone and the soonest I will be able to rectify their mistake is next weekenbd! now I am left with no way of communication for almost two weeks!!!! Why do I pay then? Wish I never moved to cell C! Do not make that mistake!!!
