Faulty phone

<p>I did a early upgrade on my phone and I received it from Ram couriers and the phone was just wrapped in bubble wrap and put into the ram packaging. I did not use it the same time but i did switch it on and off 2 see that it was working, I only managed to get a screen guard and a cover today the 6th September, half the screen is normal and the other half the other is dazzling. I have been dealing with cell c for the past 8 years and this is the 1st time i had this problem, I am not prepared to send my phone for repairs because I used it only 4 1 day. I want a new phone or i will refuse to pay for a broken phone.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
