Faulty handset

Its been a few months that I was issued with a replacement handset which also is faulty, it switches off on its own and takes a while to xome back on., only after me having to remove the battery a few times. Im not one to be full of complaints but it seems the phone is doing it way too often, after receiving the phone it took it only a few months to start to trouble, in my opinion that blackerry 9320 has too many issues and problems.
