FAULTY DEVICE AND PROLONGED REPAIR

Good day Hello Peter<br> <br> I wrote to you in January complaining that my device had been gone for repairs for far too long after the phone completely switched off just two months since I received the contract. I initially booked my phone with cell c on the 24th of December 2014 and the device was returned on the 4th of February. I noticed after receiving the phone that it switched off every 10-15 minutes and returned it again to cell c on the 6th of February and the phone has been gone ever since. <br> <br> After my first complaint to you a gentleman named Maropeng Motana assisted me and reassured me that they will assist me with speed, he called about three times and was suddenly quiet. I sent him an email but I have not received further communication from him.
