FAULTY DEVICE

Good day<br> I would like to lodge a complaint against cell c. I got a contract with cellc in October and in December the phone died and would not switch on. I took it for repairs on the 24th of December (***) and only got it back on the 4th of February after it took a month and a week to get the phone back. The promised returning date is 21 days and no even 1 person from cellc bothered to call me back to explain the reason for the delay. After receiving my phone yesterday, I noticed that the phone would switch on and off every 5-10 minutes, after cell c gave me a replacement handset, I am still experiencing problem with the phone.<br> <br> It's either cellc cancels my contract without a cancellation fee or they give me a new model of a phone, I do not want the blackberry 9720 anymore as my experience has not been pleasant using it.
