Faulty Cell C sim ripoff twice n 6 monhs

<p>My son has a contract cell contract with Cell C. 6 months ago his SIM card went faulty and we were told a sim swap was needed to get his phone working again. We were also told that the sim swap would cost R150. Two weeks ago his SIM card went faulty And again we were told that a sim swap was needed and that we will be billed with his account for the new SIM card. Why do we have to pay such huge amount for a sim swap when other cell providers don't charge for this, especially contract account holders. Are there other CellC users who had the same experience and being conned every time there SIM cards suddenly go dead. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!</p> <p>Incidentally my son does not remove his sim from his phone to use on other devices.</p>
