Faulty Cell C debit order collections system affecting my credit score

Don't bother expecting any service or queries resolved from Cell C! They stopped running debit orders, I logged a call in July, Aug till today! No solution, instead I got surprised by credit bereau that my record is negatively affected. I tried to reinstate debit order and arrange to pay the outstanding amount, zero service from fibre support call center, no response from accounts department! , Since August every follow up I am told issue has been escalated, I will be contacted within 24-48 hours.... It's been 3 months!

My last resort is to close my account, and that is also not going well!
