Faulsy listed on the crdit bureau by CellC

CellC listed my moms account on the credit bureau while she cancelled the contract last year June, now they saying the lagal department is not available to solve this issue and my mom cant apply for any credit anywhere. we have been to CellC outlets but we dont receive any asssistence. even if we were to pay the arearrs amount that they clame she owes it will take time to update herr credit profile and they cant even give us the paid up letter. the service we reiced is so bad that it ruined a persons credit profile, emails were sent to the legal department but not reply
