Faudulent cellphone contract

Cell C allowed a ********* to take a contract using my details, I had a data contract with them and before it ended I was getting so many calls from their call centre selling new special packages they had and I told them straight that I am not willing to commit myself to any contract for now. One day they called me and I asked them to check if my data contract has ended and that when I was informed of this ghost cellphone contract I had taken recently. I reported to their ***** department and still they are deducting money from my account and not yet completed the investigation.
