FASLE DATA SUBMITTED TO THE CREDIT BUREAU!!!!

Cell C sent incorrect information to the credit bureau, they have flagged my account as IN ARREARS instead of active, my cellphone contract has NEVER been in arrears. I logged a call sometime last year which was not attended to, I logged another call and all they do is send reference numbers no one ever calls, the only calls they are good at making is telling me that I am due for a cellphone upgrade.

This is impacting my credit report negatively can they please find my reference number and resolve this ASAP!!!! I am tired of logging calls that are not attended to.
