Farewell Cell C

The Apple iPhone 6 has apparently got a latent defect in some of the phones in that the motherboards are faulty and cannot be repaired. The only solution is to replace the phone. My daughter had been experiencing software problems and eventual non-functioning of her phone for several months as a result of the defect. Just before handing in the phone, she accidently cracked a small section of the phone's screen.<br> <br> The phone was handed in for repair and two weeks later, she received a call to say that Cell C will not replace her phone due to the crack. They then sent us a cost proposal of more than R9000.<br> <br> This is appalling and we will never subscribe to Cell C ever again.
