I want to compliment the Tygervalley Direct Cell C shop for exceptional service. I Approached Elmarie at this branch for an early upgrade, my phone is lost. She was extremely helpful and one of the most friendliest persons I have met in this service industry in a long time. She is also well trained, informed and competent.
