Falsely Blacklisting customers
This company has falsely handed me over and blacklisted me after being a customer for 20 years +. I have never missed a payment and I am struggling to speak to a real person who actually knows what is going on. I am tired of communicating with them via email and not getting the feedback I am asking for. Bad bad service.
