False / Unclear advertising

<p>I have 3 contracts with Cell C.</p> <p>One was due for an upgrade so i called CellC to renew contract. I have to take an advertised deal which included a cash back bonus. I received my cellphone but nothing was communicated about cash back. i called after 2 weeks of receiving the phone to find out. I was told that deal was for people taking new contracts.</p> <p>My concern is that it was mentioned in the advert. I feel CellC is misleading people with their unclear advertising. I simply believe its there way of getting people to take their contracts and pay high premiums.</p> <p>As it is my cellphone contract costs R699 per month.</p> <p>Watch out people for false advertising.</p>
