False selling information
What can be done if an agent sold you a cellphone contract under false information.<br> <br> Agent sold to cellphones for R200 bt now the billing is more the R500 a month.<br> <br> Tried contacting customer service and went into a branch to cancelled but nothing happend.<br> <br> I refuse to pay and the numbers were blocked.
