False selling by sales department and useless customer care

I have agreed to take a 40GB data contract from one of these telesales agents. When I activated the contract, it was set as a 20GB contract. I immediately logged a query with reference number ********** 235. I was told to wait 2 days then someone will get back to me.

It has been a week, when I call the call centre they tell me there are no queries on my account.

Useless, thieving company that is Cell C.

The best is that with this package was included 1000 Wifi minutes. My phone at the time did not support wifi minutes. The telesales operator then check if the Hisense T5 supports Wifi calling, he confirmed it does and I placed another order for the T5 phone.

Guess what???? I get the phone, try wifi calling and it does not work. I log another query with reference number: ********** 305 Guess what???? This also does not exist on the Cell C system and no one can help me.

My advise....stay away from this company, they are *******
