false sale was made to me by a Cell C agent for co

I recieved a call from a CellC Agent offering me a Samsang S4, and on delivery I recieved Two(2) Galaxy Pockets which I returned to CellC through their driver. I then noticed CellC was debiting every month in my account even after I returned thier false ****. I then called Customer care and was told this issue would be fixed and CellC apologized. After following months seeing CellC STILL did not stop debiting nor did they return the money ****** from my account with no service delivered to me. I closed my ABSA account and opened a Capitec Account. I later recieved a call from a NDS where my account had been handed over by CellC as a bad payer. I am currently blacklisted. I am in urgent need of R50k and therefore need a loan from my current bank FNB but cannot recieve the loan to start my company because of this unfair listing by CellC. I am going to pay the amount owed as I need the money for my business. But would like urge the public and all cellphone user(s): Never to consider cellc as a network of choice. CellC has as a result blacklisted me and practically stop and inconvinienced my life tremendously. I plea with Hello Peter to help in any way and make known of CellC.
